Please note that our membership benefits follow the vehicle, rather than the driver. This means your plan provides exclusive coverage for one specific registered vehicle. If you would like to safeguard multiple vehicles under your care, simply submit a separate application for each vehicle you wish to enroll.

Physical Presence Required: You must be present at the vehicle when the service provider arrives. Unattended vehicles will generally not be serviced.

Annual Allotment and Tiered Pricing: This subscription includes the replacement of up to two (2) keys per calendar year. Should additional replacements be required beyond this annual allowance, subscribers remain eligible for our exclusive member rates: $90 for standard keys and $150 for push-to-start fobs.

ID and Verification: You must present virtual KeyGuys membership along with a valid government-issued photo ID (like a driver’s license).  

Proof of Ownership: Owner may be required to show the vehicle’s registration, title, or official purchase paperwork to verify authorization before the key is made.

Important Notice: Subscription cancellation or non-payment will result in permanent account closure. This plan cannot be reactivated or restarted once terminated.
